DV’s
 Dwelling Valuation Inspections obtain basic underwriting information on standard dwellings. This report includes a Core Logic replacement valuation, along with underwriting information that consists of construction, exposure, and public protection information. Two digital photos are embedded within the report.
Sidewalk
Surveys
 Sidewalk Surveys are a quick and cost efficient solution to satisfy basic needs. Includes basic dwelling information, exterior and yard information, adjacent hazards, and a street view photo.

Neighbor island travel requires a minimum of 5 surveys per trip.
DI
 Dwelling Inspections obtain basic underwriting information on standard dwellings along with interior property condition photos. This report includes information on the dwelling’s roof, electrical system’s age, plumbing, circuit breaker box etc. and will include information regarding the extent of the updates made. This report does not include a Core Logic replacement valuation. A Dwelling Valuation can be ordered if a replacement valuation is desired.
Claims Adjuster Images & Measurements Inspections
 Photos and/or measurements to support claims are completed on behalf of insurance companies. Save time and expenses by allowing our inspectors to complete on-site visits to properties and capture data on behalf of insurance claims adjusters on the neighbor islands and Oahu.

Real Estate
 Commercial Real Estate Inspections support annual servicing requirements, investment decisions, and management audits on behalf of lending agencies. Inspections are completed for a variety of commercial building sizes, ranging from single-story, single-tenant structures to complex, 50-story resorts. This service includes an in-depth individual report with 15-20 photos.
Special
Inspections
Special Inspections are conducted to fulfill all clients’ Loss Control needs. This inspection service is intended to identify and evaluate the loss exposures for a commercial operation through a physical inspection of the premises. The checklist or narrative format is organized to include the property’s interior and exterior exposures, as well as potential crime hazards. The report also includes a minimum of four property photos, photos of potential hazards, and a building diagram.

Additional travel fees will be incurred for Special Inspections located on neighboring islands.
